How to make a request for information in an alternative format or require support to contact CCG
North Staffs CCG and Stoke-on-Trent CCG want to ensure that their information is fair and accessible to all sections of our local communities. CCG patients, the public and staff can request reasonable adjustments such as information into other formats.
In addition you may require additional support to contact CCG eg a British Sign Language interpreter to support you or you may need language support where your first spoken language is not English.
