Have you had recent experience of local community services for Ophthalmology, Gynaecology or Ear, Nose & Throat?
We will be developing the specifications for these services very soon and we’d like to know what you have experienced and what is important to you when using these community services in Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire.

Community Ophthalmology Service – this service is based in the community to provide care closer to home and is provided to patients suffering from a range of eye conditions and is a “triage and treat” clinic.
Community Gynaecology Service – this service is based in the community and provides triage, “see and treat”, and diagnoses and manages gynaecological conditions that don’t require hospital treatment or management.
Community Ear, Nose and Throat Service – this service provides triage and assesses and treats conditions that don’t need hospital treatment or management. These services are based at the Royal Stoke Hospital.
