In 2018 the six Staffordshire Clinical Commissioning Groups agreed to a joint Accountable Officer. This was followed by a management of change programme, both were introduced to help streamline and strengthen commissioning and leadership arrangements to support the delivery of better outcomes for the people of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
We are now currently developing a Staffordshire wide equality strategy along with identifying which other equality statutory, mandatory publishing requirements (including voluntary arrangements) would be better delivered and published collaboratively or which may require an individual CCG or regional approach. These requirements including:
- Equality Strategy/ PSED Objectives
- PSED Annual Report
- Accessible Information Standard (AIS) 2015
- Equality Delivery System 2 (EDS2) 2013
- Gender Pay Gap 2018
- Modern Slavery Act 2015
- Sexual Orientation Monitoring Information Standard (SOMIS) 2017
- Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES) 2019
- Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) 2015
During this period we are entering a range of important consultation, engagement and discussion activities. As a result, some of the publishing duties in relation to the CCGs statutory and mandated (and any agreed voluntary) requirements are being reviewed, Please be assured that once agreement has been confirmed the usual publishing dates/requirements will be implemented.
