Meetings of the Integrated Care Board (ICB) are usually held in public on a bi-monthly basis.

A meeting held in public is a meeting between members of a group or committee where members of the public are invited to attend and listen. The public are invited to attend public meetings and anyone who attends can participate in the discussion.

The prime function of these meetings is to conduct the business of the Integrated Care Board. Members of the public are invited to ask questions of clarification relating directly to the agenda at the meeting.

Papers for the meetings held in public will be available a week before the meeting on this page.

How to attend the meeting

If you would like to attend this meeting in person, or watch online,  please complete the registration form for the relevant meeting in the table below 48 hours before the start of the meeting. After you have completed the registration you will receive joining instructions 24 hours prior to the meeting taking place. This will include a copy of the agenda, an etiquette guide and for people watching online details for where to send questions during the meeting.

How to submit a question

If you are attending the meeting in person or online, there will be an opportunity to ask or submit questions of clarification to us during the meeting, relating directly to the agenda to support understanding.

Members of the public, who are unable to join the meeting on-line, are invited to ask questions of clarification relating directly to the agenda to support understanding. If you would like to ask a question, you can submit them in writing to Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent ICB, Stafford Education and Enterprise Park, Weston Road, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST18 0BF or via email to ICS.info@staffsstoke.icb.nhs.uk by midday on the day before the meeting date.

Submitted questions will be raised in the meeting and the responses will be included in the minutes.
